WIPERS AND WASHERS — Rear Wiper and Washer — Wiring Diagram (Supplement-VII)
EL-7048wiring diagramRear wiper + washer wiring. Independent 10A wiper + 15A washer fuses on Supplement-VII (Supplement-VI shared a single fuse). Same architecture: relay-driven motor + dedicated washer pump.

NOTE
Rear wiper + washer wiring. Two fuses:
• 10A position 23 (wiper motor + relay) — cell 2U on M14
• 15A position 9 (washer pump high-current) — cells 9V + 3V on M139
REAR WIPER MOTOR M5 has internal park-position switch and parking diode — keeps motor running until at park position when switched off.
SWITCH state-table OFF/WIPE/WASH per the combination-switch continuity table on EL-7013 — WIPE mode runs continuous, WASH mode runs the pump and also triggers WIPE for the duration.
WARNING
If rear washer doesn't pump but rear wiper works: check 15A fuse position 9 (washer-specific) — different fuse from the wiper fuse. The two are independently protected on Supplement-VII (unlike Supplement-VI which had shared protection).
