NOTE
Supplement-VI horn/lighter/clock wiring. Major changes vs Supplement-II:
• Clock is now integrated into the combination meter (Unified Meter Control Unit) on pin 10 — no separate dash clock
• Horn signal goes through a SPIRAL CABLE (clockspring) — required because the steering wheel now contains the driver airbag
• Two horns (HI + LO) replace the single horn on Supplement-II EL-115
