EXTERIOR LAMPS — High Mounted Stop Lamp + License Plate Lamp (Base K11)

High mounted stop lamp — bulb replacement
- 1Remove battery negative cable from battery.
- 2Open Back Door to access lamp.
- 3Remove screws in lamp rear cover and remove cover.
- 4Unclip reflector.
- 5Twist out defective bulb and replace. Bulb: 12V 21W.
High mounted stop lamp — removal and installation
- 1Remove battery negative cable from battery.
- 2Remove screws in lamp rear cover (2 off) and remove cover.
- 3Remove fixing nuts and remove assembly.
• Refit in reverse order.
License plate lamp — bulb removal
- 1Remove battery negative cable from battery.
- 2Unscrew lens fixing screws (2 off), pull off lens cover (screws remain captive).
- 3Pull out defective bulb and replace. Bulb: 12V 5W.
NOTE
High mounted stop lamp: 12V 21W, in the back door upper — access by opening the back door, removing the rear cover (2 screws) and unclipping the reflector. License plate lamp: 12V 5W (festoon/wedge), lens cover held by 2 captive screws.
