EL-64wiring diagram1.0L M/T uses a 'position switch' rather than a 'reverse switch' — same job but Nissan calls it differently between engine variants. N·CVT shares its inhibitor switch with the starting-circuit interlock (EL-24).

The back-up lamp is on the R.H. rear combination lamp on LHD cars; on N·CVT cars the inhibitor switch's R contact provides the reverse signal.
