NOTE
LHD gas warning-lamp wiring. UNIFIED METER CONTROL UNIT (cluster pins per EL-7035) drives all 8 warning lamps. Sense input summary:
• AIR BAG (pin 2/11/20): from AIR BAG DIAGNOSIS SENSOR UNIT M19 via BR/W wire.
• OIL (pin 7): from OIL PRESSURE SWITCH via Y/R wire.
• CHARGE (pin 8): from ALTERNATOR L terminal via Y/R wire.
• BRAKE (pin 26): from PARKING BRAKE SWITCH M6 (OR) OR BRAKE FLUID LEVEL SWITCH (B + OR) — wired-OR through cluster.
• MALFUNCTION INDICATOR (pin 23): from ECM via OR wire — gas-only.
• SPORT INDICATOR LAMP (pin 22): from TCM F46 via P/B wire — CVT-only.
• ABS (pin 6): from ABS ACTUATOR AND ELECTRIC UNIT M84 via L/B wires — ABS-only.
• FUEL (pin 9): from FUEL LEVEL SENSOR UNIT M69 via R wire.
Four variants documented: C (CVT), M (M/T), AB (with ABS), OB (without ABS).
ABS module is now called 'ABS ACTUATOR AND ELECTRIC UNIT' — Nissan's unified name for the integrated actuator+CU module that replaced the discrete ABS CU on Supplement-VI.
WARNING
When troubleshooting any single warning lamp, check the signal wire colour (Y/R for OIL+CHARGE, OR for PARKING BRAKE, BR/W for AIR BAG, P/B for SPORT, L/B for ABS). All flow through the UNIFIED METER CU — replacing the cluster is rarely the right fix; the sender side almost always is.
