NOTE
Supplement-VI combination switch revises the layout slightly vs earlier EL-40:
• Front wiper gains a 'MIST' position (top of stalk)
• LIGHT stalk renames the positions: MAIN BEAM (A), DIP (B), MAIN BEAM FLASH (C)
• Adds dedicated FOG LAMP sub-position (REAR/OFF) on the LIGHT stalk
• Washer is now a top/bottom push (top = REAR, bottom = FRONT) on the wiper stalk
• Three connector blocks (lighting/fog/turn, two wiper/washer sub-connectors)
