POWER SUPPLY PROTECTION — Wiring Diagram (Cont'd) — R.H.D. Model without Super Multiple Junction
EL-12wiring diagramTwo RHD variants existed: 'Without S.M.J.' (this page, older harness) and 'With S.M.J.' (separate variant elsewhere). Inline-connector list is the diagnostic key — chasing a power-supply fault on a non-S.M.J. RHD car means probing those eight named connectors rather than the single S.M.J. brick.

R.H.D. MODEL — Without Super Multiple Junction
NOTE
RHD power-supply-protection wiring on cars WITHOUT the Super Multiple Junction (S.M.J.) — an older harness configuration where the engine-room and main harnesses meet through discrete inline connectors (M2/M54/E2/E56/E24/E60/E100/E118) instead of the consolidated S.M.J. brick. Otherwise the same downstream system distribution as EL-8: ignition, starting, charging, headlamps (via dim-dip lamp unit on this variant), ECCS, ABS, radiator fan, N·CVT, power windows / door locks (via circuit breaker).
NOTE
DIM-DIP LAMP UNIT inserted in the headlamp chain — UK/Ireland regulatory dim-dip headlamp requirement.
