SUPER MULTIPLE JUNCTION (S.M.J.) — Terminal Arrangement (Base trim)
EL-1048component photoBASE K11 S.M.J. terminal arrangement. 48-pin ECM (vs Supplement-VII 88-pin). Four S.M.J. blocks total.
Terminal Arrangement
NOTE
Base K11 S.M.J. terminal layout. Four S.M.J. blocks (main + engine-room harnesses × LHD + RHD) using letter-cell scheme (A-F × 1-16 = 96 cells per block).
E.C.C.S. CONTROL UNIT pinout is 48-pin numeric scheme — smaller than Supplement-VII's 88-pin gasoline ECM. ECM grew over the K11 lifecycle to support more sensors/actuators (notably the dual-O2 + camshaft-position + crankshaft-position + EVAP-canister-purge-volume-control).
All views are 'from harness side'.
WARNING
Base K11 ECM = 48 pins. Don't try to wire a Supplement-VI/VII ECM (88-pin) into a base K11 — pinout completely different.
