EXTERIOR LAMPS — Front Fog Lamp — Wiring Diagram (Supplement-VII)
EL-7026wiring diagramFront fog wiring — requires lighting switch at 2ND. Same architecture as Supplement-VI. The two-switch interlock is the most common diagnostic gotcha: 'fog switch ON but lamps don't light' usually means lighting switch is not at 2ND.

NOTE
Front fog lamp wiring. Requires two switches in series: LIGHTING SWITCH at 2ND (headlamps on) AND FOG LAMP SWITCH at FRONT or FRONT-AND-REAR. Both must be ON for the relay coil to energise. Relay then closes a 15A contact to feed both fog lamp bulbs in parallel.
COMBINATION METER M38 FRONT FOG indicator (pins 3 + 22) is lit from the relay contact — confirms relay actually closed (not just the switch).
