EXTERIOR LAMPS — Rear Fog Lamp / Wiring Diagram
EL-7028wiring diagramRear-fog filament is part of the rear combination lamp (M15/M17 connectors), not a discrete lamp. Cars without front fog (WF) still wire the rear-fog circuit, just bypassing the FF branch.
Rear Fog Lamp / Wiring Diagram
NOTE
Rear fog branch: battery feeds the fusible-link box and a 10A fuse; the output is gated by the lighting switch (must be in 1ST or 2ND) AND the fog-lamp switch in 'FRONT AND REAR' (RF contact). Output drives the rear-fog filaments inside the LH (M17) and RH (M15) rear combination lamps, and the dashboard REAR FOG indicator in the combination meter (pin 24).

NOTE
Legend on diagram: FF = With front fog lamp, WF = Without front fog lamp — these flag which branches are populated on cars without a front fog option. Rear-fog operation still requires the lighting switch in 1ST or 2ND.
