CAUTION
• Apply high-temperature grease to lubricate the bearing, gears and pinion shaft when assembling the starter.

Starter SDS for both 0.9 kW and 1.1 kW units. Key wear limits: commutator min diameter 28.8 mm (1.134 in), brush min length 5 mm (0.2 in), brush spring tension 14.3-25.2 N. Pinion clearance 'ℓ': 0-0.45 mm for M/T, 0-0.6 mm for N·CVT (the gap measured on EL-31). No-load: 0.9 kW = 50 A max at 4900 rpm (11.5 V); 1.1 kW = 75 A max at 2700 rpm (11 V). Apply high-temp grease at assembly.
