HEADLAMP — Headlamp Aiming Control — Wiring Diagram — With Daytime Light System (Supplement-VII)
EL-7019wiring diagramDRL-variant aim-control wiring. Connector C56 is new in Supplement-VII (fuse-block-output cell 3W) — was M138 in Supplement-VI. Otherwise same architecture: 4-position slide aim switch + resistor ladder + parallel motor drive.
Wiring Diagram — With Daytime Light System
NOTE
Full wiring of the DRL-variant aim-control circuit. The three fuse-block-output connectors (C56 cell 3W, M40 cell 7U, M139 cell 11Y) provide three separate power feeds — one ignition, one battery, one DRL-gated. DRL CU mediates the aim-switch supply.
Wire colour reference:
• P = Purple — ignition feed
• Y = Yellow — battery feed
• R/L = Red with Blue — DRL-controlled feed
• G/R = Green with Red — aim-motor common
• G/L = Green with Blue — aim signal
• B = Black — ground
• LG = Light Green — DRL CU output
Aiming switch tap voltages match Supplement-VI (3.7 / 6.0 / 8.7 / 11.0 V at positions 0 / 1 / 2 / 3).
WARNING
Both aim motors driven in parallel from the same switch output — if one motor responds differently from the other, fault is at the motor (mechanical jam, internal short) not the switch.
