ECM Terminals and Reference Value
Specification data are reference values and are measured between each terminal and ground.
CAUTION
Do not use ECM ground terminals when measuring input/output voltage. Doing so may result in damage to the ECM's transistor. Use a grond other than ECM terminals, such as the ground.

DTC Confirmation Procedure
NOTE
If "DTC Confirmation Procedure" has been previously conducted, always turn ignition switch "OFF" and wait at least 1 second before conducting the next test.
With CONSULT-II
DTC Confirmation with CONSULT-II
- 1Turn ignition switch "ON".
- 2Select "DATA MONITOR" mode with CONSULT-II.
SEF058Y - 3Start engine and wait at least 7 seconds.
- 4If 1st trip DTC is detected, go to "DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE", EC-7195.
With GST
DTC Confirmation with GST
- 1Start engine and let it idle for at least 7 seconds.
- 2Select "MODE 7" with GST.
- 3If 1st trip DTC is detected, go to "DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE", EC-7195.
