Component Inspection
HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR 1 HEATER (FRONT)
Check the following
- 1Check resistance between terminals 1 and 4. Resistance: 2.3 - 4.3Ω at 25°C (77°F)
- 2Check continuity.
Continuity Check — Heater Terminals
2 and 1, 3, 4
ContinuityNo
3 and 1, 2, 4
ContinuityNo
If NG, replace the heated oxygen sensor 1 (front).
CAUTION
Discard any heated oxygen sensor which has been dropped from a height of more than 0.5 m (19.7 in) onto a hard surface such as a concrete floor; use a new one.
