    Apply liquid gasket to the cylinder head as shown. Fit the gasket to the cover.
    Sealant bead width 3.0 mm (0.118 in) at front and rear arches.

    Fit the rocker cover to the cylinder head.

    Tighten the bolts in the correct order, as shown.
    Tighten in numerical order (1 through 10).

    Recheck bolts.

    Check a third time.

    Install camshaft position sensor (PHASE).

    Install all spark plugs and ignition coils.
  8. 22
    Install engine front mounting bracket.
  9. 23
    Install front exhaust tube.

    Install the front and side splashguards.

    Install front right wheel.
  12. 26
    Install air cleaner.
  13. 27
    Install and correctly tension the alternator and power steering drive belts. Refer to MA section for correct tension.
