Timing belt — Removal
- 1Remove engine under cover.
- 2Remove front RH wheel and splash guard.
- 3Remove drive belt.
- 4Remove crankshaft pulley bolts and pulley.
NEM251 - 5Support engine with a suitable jack.
NEM252 - 6Remove engine front mounting bracket.
- 7Temporarily remove coolant reservoir.
- 8Remove RH insulator bracket.
- 9Remove timing belt covers.
NEM253 - 10Turn crankshaft to TDC and lock crankshaft using SST KV109B0112.
NEM254 - 11Lock camshaft and injection pump using SST KV109B0111 and KV109B0110.
NEM255 - 12Loosen tensioner pulley nut and remove timing belt.
