Removal

Timing belt — Removal

    Remove engine under cover.
  2. 2
    Remove front RH wheel and splash guard.
  3. 3
    Remove drive belt.
  4. 4
    Remove crankshaft pulley bolts and pulley.

    Support engine with a suitable jack.

    Remove engine front mounting bracket.

    Temporarily remove coolant reservoir.

    Remove RH insulator bracket.

    Remove timing belt covers.

    Turn crankshaft to TDC and lock crankshaft using SST KV109B0112.
