TROUBLE DIAGNOSES FOR NON-DETECTABLE ITEMS — Line Pressure Control, CVT Fluid Temperature Sensor
AT-7113prose procedureUnverifiedTerminal-27 wire colour here is printed P/L, conflicting with AT-7106 which lists it as B/R for the same line-pressure sensor signal. Likely a print error on one of the two pages — captured verbatim. Same P/L colour repeats for terminal 28 (fluid temp), which is also unusual since two different sensors normally don't share a wire colour.
Line Pressure Control, CVT Fluid Temperature Sensor
NOTE
SYMPTOM: SPORT indicator lamp does not come on in TCM self-diagnostic procedure even the lamp circuit is good.
Description
NOTE
• Line pressure control — Line pressure is controlled by a signal sent from TCM to generate the line pressure necessary for torque transmission by steel belt. The pressure is returned from the line pressure sensor to TCM, and it is regulated continuously to maintain the target oil pressure.
• CVT fluid temperature sensor — The CVT fluid temperature sensor detects the CVT fluid temperature and sends a signal to the TCM.
