DTC P1768 CLUTCH SWITCHING SOLENOID CIRCUIT — Diagnostic Procedure
AT-7105flowchartClutch switching solenoid coil impedance (12-20 Ω) is the highest of the four CVT solenoids (cf. shift/line-pressure 6-10 Ω, clutch pressure 3-5 Ω).
Diagnostic Procedure
1
1. CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT — Turn ignition switch to "OFF". Disconnect terminal cord assembly connector in engine compartment. Check resistance between clutch switching control solenoid valve connector F302 terminal 9 and ground. Resistance: 12 - 20 Ω.
NG
Replace CVT assembly
OK

2. CHECK POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT — Turn ignition switch to "OFF". Disconnect TCM harness connector. Check continuity between clutch switching control solenoid valve connector F302 terminal 9 and TCM harness connector F46 terminal 2. Continuity should exist. If OK, check harness for short to ground and short to power. Reinstall any part removed.
NG
same as step 1
OK

3. CHECK DTC — Perform Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) confirmation procedure, AT-7102.
NG
1. Perform TCM input/output signal inspection. 2. If NG, recheck TCM pin terminals for damage or loose connection with harness connector.
OK
