DTC P1768 CLUTCH SWITCHING SOLENOID CIRCUIT — Description / Reference Values / On Board Diagnosis Logic / DTC Confirmation Procedure
AT-7102prose procedureAuthoritative TCM-pin/wire-color/solenoid mapping from the descriptive tables in this manual: pin 1 (W/R) = clutch pressure solenoid (P1763/P1766); pin 2 (Y/R) = clutch switching solenoid (P1768); pin 5 (L/W) = shift control solenoid (P1751/P1753); pin 6 (W/G) = line pressure control solenoid (P1756/P1758). The clutch-switching ↔ clutch-pressure positions in the small wiring-diagram pages (AT-7082/85/89/92/96/101) follow the same wire colours but the printed solenoid labels at the bottom of those schematics may be misaligned vs. these descriptive tables; the table mapping here should be treated as authoritative.

Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Confirmation Procedure
CAUTION
Always drive vehicle at a safe speed.
NOTE
If "DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE" has been previously conducted, always turn ignition switch "OFF" and wait at least 5 seconds before conducting the next test.
NOTE
After the repair, perform the following procedure to confirm that the malfunction is eliminated.
