Differential right-hand side bearing outer race

Differential RH bearing outer race — install

  1. 2
    Press bearing outer race.
    Special tool KV32910012 pressing the differential right-hand side bearing outer race into the case from above.

Differential left-hand side bearing outer race

Differential LH bearing outer race

  1. 1
    Drift out the bearing using a suitable drift.
    Mechanic drifting out the differential left-hand side bearing outer race from the clutch housing using a long drift.

    Press bearing outer race.
    Press setup with tool KV32910012 pressing the differential left-hand side bearing outer race into the clutch housing.

Input Shaft Bearing

Input shaft front bearing — replacement

  1. 1
    Remove the input shaft front bearing.
    Bearing removed can not be re-used.
    Input shaft held vertically while a puller/press removes the front ball bearing from the shaft.

    Press fit new ball bearing.
    Press fitting a new ball bearing onto the input shaft using special tool KV32910010 from above.
