RS5F30A — Remove gear components (continued)
- 4cRemove reverse idler gear and final drive assembly.

RS5F31V — Remove gear components
- aRemove mainshaft and final drive assembly.Always withdraw mainshaft straight out. Failure to do so can damage resin oil channel on clutch housing side.
SMT720 - bRemove bearing retainer securing bolts.
SMT646A - cRemove input shaft together bearing retainer and reverse idler gear by tapping lightly on it.Do not draw out reverse idler shaft from clutch housing because these fittings will be loose.When removing input shaft, be careful not to scratch oil seal lip with shaft spline.
