BF-5prose procedureRear-wiper-equipped variant requires removal of the right headlamp in step 5.

NOTE
- Hood adjustment: Adjust at hinge portion.
- Hood lock adjustment: After adjusting, check hood lock control operation. Apply a coat of grease to hood locks engaging mechanism.
- Hood opener: Do not attempt to bend cable forcibly. Doing so increases effort required to unlock hood.
REMOVAL — Front bumper assembly
Front bumper assembly — removal
- 1Remove front grille.
- 2Remove clips (CS101) from bumper fascia lower side.
- 3Remove screws securing left and right fender protectors.
- 4Remove screws located at wheel opening.
B - 5Remove right headlamp. (Rear wiper equipped model)
- 6Remove nuts securing bumper stay to side member.
A - 7Remove bolts securing bumper stay to side member.
- 8Extract bumper assembly.
