Side guard molding — Removal
- 1Heat molding portion to 30 to 40°C (86 to 104°F) with a heat gun.
MBF946A - 2Raise end of molding and, while cutting off bonding agent, detach molding.
Side guard molding — Installation
- 1Remove all traces of bonding agent from body panel. Then clean contact face of body.
- 2Heat body panel and molding to 30 to 40°C (86 to 104°F) with a heat gun. Then install molding.
