Door trim — removal

    Remove inside handle escutcheon.
  2. 2
    Remove regulator handle. (Manual window models)
    Squeeze the regulator handle clip in place with a screwdriver and remove the regulator handle from the regulator shaft.
    Set the regulator handle clip as shown in figure B (step 1).
    Detail B — regulator-handle clip Removal and Installation. Removal: 1) Push flat-bladed screwdriver to squeeze the handle clip; 2) Slide clip off handle shaft. Installation: install handle at 45° to Front (window fully closed) and push onto regulator shaft.

    Remove armrest.

    Remove clips (C101) securing door finisher.
  5. 5
    Lift out door finisher.

Regulator-handle clip — installation

  1. 1
    Push the regulator handle to install it onto the regulator shaft.
  2. 2
    Install the regulator handle in place as shown in the figure with the window completely closed. Handle should point 45° forward of vertical.
