INSTRUMENT PANEL — Removal
BF-27prose procedurePawl-released components are: A/T finisher (A), cluster lid C (B), cluster lid A (C, also metal-clipped), instrument upper mask (D).
CAUTION
a. Disconnect ground terminal from battery in advance.
b. Be careful not to scratch pad and other parts.
REMOVAL — Instrument panel assembly
Instrument panel assembly — removal
- 1Remove steering wheel. (Refer to ST section.)
- 2Remove steering column cover and combination switch.
- 3Remove A/T finisher or shift lever boot.
A - 4Remove center console.
- 5Remove instrument stay cover.
- 6Remove instrument lower cover.
- 7Remove cluster lid C.
B - 8Remove radio.
- 9Remove screws securing heater control unit.
- 10Remove cluster lid A.
C - 11Remove combination meter.
- 12Remove instrument upper mask.
D - 13Remove left and right front pillar garnish. (Refer to 'INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR'.)
- 14Remove instrument panel.
