TROUBLE DIAGNOSES — Diagnostic Procedure 4 (Cont'd) — Motor relay circuit + harness continuity
BR-64flowchartFinal fall-through of motor-relay diagnosis is N-CVT I/O check — implying the CVT control unit shares the wake-up line / driver for the motor-relay branch.
Diagnostic Procedure 4 (Cont'd)
1
(from A) — continued from BR-63 motor-relay check OK branch
2
C — CHECK ACTUATOR MOTOR RELAY CIRCUIT. Remove connectors of actuator. Check continuity between actuator and relay side terminals: 9-30 0Ω; 10-86 0Ω; 15-87 0Ω.
N.G.
Replace actuator.
O.K.
3
D — CHECK HARNESS CONTINUITY. Remove connector of Control Unit. Check continuity between body harness side connectors of Control Unit and actuator: Terminal 46-9 0Ω; 3-10 0Ω.
N.G.
Repair harness between Control Unit and actuator.
O.K.
4
Perform "N-CVT I/O SIGNAL & CIRCUIT" check.
